Is anyone actually thinking about long-term maintainability of AI-generated codebases, or is everyone just optimizing for shipping speed?

Our codebase has a growing percentage of AI-assisted code and I'm noticing patterns that would fail a human code review but got merged anyway under time pressure. Is this a known problem others are seeing and addressing?
